Common questions
My child finished a level but the next one is too hard / too easy.
Findoo adjusts as it goes, and it needs a few levels to settle. If it is badly off, open Grown-ups → Reset progress and set the age again — the difficulty starts over from your answers.
An ad appeared. Is that normal?
Yes, on Android, after every tenth level and after every third hint once the first three are used. Never in the first ten levels, never during play, never at start-up. If you saw one somewhere else, please tell us exactly where — that would be a bug.
I bought Findoo Plus but the ads are still there.
Open Grown-ups → Restore purchase. If it still does not take, make sure the device is signed in to the Google account that made the purchase, then write to us with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Google Play, not us. Open the Play Store, find the order, and request a refund there. If Google declines and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will help you take it further.
The printable page did not save.
The app builds the PDF on the device and then hands it to your system share sheet. Choose an app that can receive a file (Files, Drive, Gmail). Free accounts get two pages a week; Findoo Plus removes that limit.
Does Findoo work without internet?
Completely. All 2,000 levels are inside the app. Offline, no ad is requested and the game plays normally.
How do I delete everything?
Grown-ups → Reset progress erases progress and skill scores. Uninstalling the app removes everything, including the profile.
Is my child’s data safe?
It never leaves the device — we have no servers and collect nothing. See the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem
The most useful message tells us: the device and Android/iOS version, what your child was doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
