1. Who we are

Findoo — Find & Learn is published by Temiz Yazılım. Contact: [email protected]. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app.

2. Who may use it

Findoo is designed for children aged 4–9 and is meant to be set up by a parent or guardian. If you are a child, ask a grown-up before installing, and before making any purchase.

3. What the app costs

Findoo is free to download and every one of its 2,000 levels is playable without paying. The free version shows ads on Android as described in the Privacy Policy.

Findoo Plus is an optional one-time purchase that removes the ads and lifts the weekly limit on printable pages. It is not a subscription and it does not unlock any content — there is no level, world or feature of the game that a paying child can reach and a non-paying child cannot.

4. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us, under Google’s terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play; we cannot issue or reverse a charge. If a purchase does not appear in the app, open Grown-ups → Restore purchase. If it still does not appear, write to us and we will help you work it out with Google.

5. Your child’s data

We collect nothing. Everything the app stores stays on your device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or extract its content, except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Third-party material

Scene objects are adapted from Twemoji (© Twitter), used under CC-BY 4.0. Interface sounds are from Kenney (CC0). Fonts are Baloo 2 and Nunito under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. These remain the property of their authors and are used under their licences. The full attribution list is inside the app under Grown-ups → Credits.

8. Printable pages

Activity sheets produced by the app are for personal, family and classroom use. You may print and photocopy them freely for the children in your care. Selling them, or redistributing them as your own product, is not permitted.

9. Availability and changes

We may update the app to fix problems, add levels or meet store requirements. We may also stop distributing it. Neither obliges us to keep any particular feature forever, but we will not remove content you already have on your device, and we will not turn a free level into a paid one.

10. No warranty, and limits

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it correct and safe, but we cannot promise it will be free of every defect or that it will suit every child. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free download, is zero. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
